I am a fan of cnn.com though some of the headlines I could do without

So they go and change up their look over the weekend and at first I was like ah nice change of pace but now that I’m really checking it out I am starting to find one fault..the type..it’s too damn small people..too small.

Okay done.

I was complaining all day but actually one good thing happened today..I won the FOX 95.9 Free Lunch Friday contest where they bring you food from the participating restaurant - Meigas Restaurant in Norwalk - for a party of 10

They delivered food from Meigas and it was delicious!

I enter contests all the time lately..and I’ve won a few here and there..one big prize was a Flip Mino I won from Popsugar.com ..but that’s off the topic

Just found a post about this new option to create fonts out of your own handwriting and BEST part is it’s FREE! I’ve seen a few other programs but this is the first time I’ve seen a free version..

I’m not in the mood to do work today, I was up all night working on a last minute project that I am still not exactly happy about on the concept but had to get it done. Now I have a headache which I NEVER get, luckily I have been blessed with never having to deal with headaches but I guess when you work with someone who thinks it’s okay to spray paint in the office and set it to dry RIGHT NEXT TO YOUR DESK  you can’t escape it..

So to focus on something other than feeling the blood pulse through my forehead I turn to my crushes

God, seriously. This week was rough, had a few meltdowns and didn’t think I would recover..

Ever have that week where you really, really, REALLY feel there is just bad karma surrounding you..that somehow in a past life I must have been a serious bitch to have to deal with this…I know I’m overly sensitive and all that but my meltdowns were warranted..

Alright enough of my cryin…thank god for friday

A friend posted that she was listening to the song by Judy Garland..I vaguely remember hearing it before but I know that line all too well..

I don’t think he got away in my situation, I think he just left. He didn’t really want to be in a relationship, I had never been in one and he was way too young and I was way too inexperienced. Plus there was the whole job thing - we worked together and he was just looking for a fling. I wasn’t.

So it didn’t work as I thought it would. Yes, I still think maybe it would have been something great if fate had presented itself but I guess nope.

Ah..nope.

Hopefully I’ll snag the next one that comes my way, seems I like I waited the 7 leap years so maybe my luck will change this time..
